NO Scale and NO GYM today - My husband's aunt passed away and we had the funeral today-
and I am still alive without it! I am anxious to go to the gym tomorrow though!
lost a filling today too- Mut call dentist-UGGGG

The scale is partially to blame for the many years of eating disorders! I am looking for others like me that want to take the scale and smash it into bit and start living healthy!!!!
